Pipe View was engaged to perform a post-construction sewer CCTV inspection at Everton Park after the client built a retaining wall over an existing sewer. The inspection was required for the Build Over Asset (BOA) process so Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) could confirm the asset was not compromised by the works.

The CCTV footage and WinCan report provided clear evidence of the sewer condition after construction. Where minor encroachment was noted we documented location and depth to aid repair planning. The client received a complete WinCan report, MPEG video footage, and a supporting site plan suitable for submission with the BOA documentation to QUU.
